# The Buyer's Docket - SlimTide Scam Check

> SlimTide is a gut-support weight management capsule sold one-time through its maker's storefront with a 60-day refund window; the SlimTide scam reports we traced come from unauthorized marketplace listings and lookalike checkout pages, not from the official channel.

Verdict: not a scam, with one condition. The product, the one-time pricing and the 60-day guarantee are genuine on the maker's own storefront; no other channel carries them.

Our eight-point anti-scam test scored 5 of 8 checkpoints as clean passes. The 3 flags: unauthorized marketplace listings (34 found across 4 marketplaces, none honored by the guarantee), 6 lookalike checkout domains, and hard-sell countdown timers on the official sales page itself.

Complaint themes across 143 buyer reports, February to July 2026: no visible change in the first three to four weeks 33%; bought from a third-party listing, refund refused 24%; delivery slower than expected 16%; could not reach support on the first try 11%; price looked different on other sites 9%; feared a hidden subscription that does not exist 7%. Two of the six themes describe unauthorized sellers rather than the product.

The rule that resolves the file: order only through the official SlimTide storefront. The guarantee runs 60 days from purchase and asks for at least 30 days of use; requests go by email with the order number. Real prices: $158 for 2 bottles, $207 for 3, $294 for 6, meaning $49 to $79 a bottle.
